Mr. Williams, Thank you very much for these wonderful insights. I am a graduate student at Minnesota State University, Mankato and soon to be a practicing clinician. I think it will be just as important for me to use your advice as it is for my clients. It's easy for me to tell my client to challenge him/herself, to not be afraid to make mistakes and to be able to laugh when they do make mistakes. However I need to be just as willing to do these things myself. Nobody likes to be made fun of, but showing my client I am not afraid will make me a better clinician. Thanks for the lesson on life. Oh, by the way, are sure Judy Kuster makes mistakes???
