Thanks, Maria. I appreciate your comments for 2 reasons. One, they were pleasant, which is always more enjoyable than critical. Secondly, it's interesting to see what reaches people, particularly when I think back to the writing process and how I changed the wording of some passages or nearly omitted others. Now I’m glad I reworded the one you cited.
