In your srticle you stated that "a dream gives you a reason to face your fear." It seems for many people who stutter that their dream is to be alleviated from the burden of stuttering. Some of these individuals have tried everything and anything to achieve this, only to have little success. It would seem that this would not provide the motivation and drive necessary to achieve their goal, which would lead them to the conclusion that they will never achieve any of their other goals in life because they feel in order to achieve their other goals or aspirations they must first be fluent. What would you suggest to these individuals who feel as though fluency is a prerequisite to all of their other goals in life?
