Hi Alan,

I just read your article and enjoyed it very much. It makes me feel like reaching to the phone and calling the bank about a mistake in my bank account, instead of taking time off work to go there in person. Of course my wife cant help me with this as she does always for other things.I've read in your article that you used to have your wife do it fo you too. Doing it on the phone is even more difficult, because I am upset about this error and I have faxed and e-mailed them, and nothing has been done , no replies either. I find it hard in creating a "comfort zone" around this thought ,I could just go ahead with it and call, despite all. I do have the courage to do it now, something I did not have many years ago. I can feel all the negative conditioning, the quick thoughts that come to mind and shape my emotional patterns. Yet I feel "confortable" in not doing it, of going "anywhichway" except head on. I guess it is a choice we have to make and when I decide to go head on, your thoughts and advice will come handy. Being bogged down with my work, which is quite difficult, ie. biochemical research, I do not feel I have the energy to do all what you have done, but when I retire I might give it try, and maybe one day I will meet you and others at conferences.

Best wishes,

Claude :o)
