Hi Marija,

Thank you for your delightful post. It made me chuckle.

It's been an incredible journey during the past three years. I may have left steps in the snow but you will wish to take your own path. We are all so different.

I like the confident manner in which you greet your neighbours and customers. I didn't hear my own voice for 20 years, because I wore a mechanical device which created an infernal buzzing sound in my ears. Having discarded it, I now love what I hear ....and I'm making up for lost time.

Incidentally, a few years ago (shortly after I had embarked upon my comfort zone-busting adventure, the Reno Gazette Journal in Northern Nevada carried the following headline, "Ex cop arrests stutter". ;-)

No, I won't arrest you for public disturbance. Like you, I project my voice at every opportunity. I just want to shout from the rooftops that I will no longer accept second best.

Thank you for your generous comments - they are greatly appreciated.

Kindest regards

Alan
