As I have explained in other replies, I began expanding my comfort zones after joining a speech programme which acquainted me with the psychology and physiology of stuttering. I also learned new tools to overcome the debilitating speech block and 'feared' words.
No!, I don't think that everyone is ready. I feel that they need to understand the reasons for expanding their comfort zones, and the consequences of retaining the status quo.
Perhaps you might consider allowing them to have sight of my paper.
