Hi Jamie,

Many thanks for contributing.

My new techniques and tools allowed me to overcome the debilitating speech block and 'feared' words.

This enabled me to venture into speaking situations that I had previously felt lay outside my capabilities. My confidence grew with every success.

I have completely reversed my stuttering mindset. Today, stuttering is not an issue - I no longer think about stuttering, nor expect to stutter in any situation.

On the very rare occasions that a minor dysfluency occurs, I immediately discard the memory and focus solely on the positive aspects of every speaking situation.

'Fluent' speakers don't worry about such dysfluencies - why should I?

May I wish you every success with your studies.

Kindest regards

Alan Badmington
