Thank you for your generous comments. I certainly enjoyed writing the paper.

My limited experience of children who stutter tends to suggest that they may have difficulty in grasping the psychological aspects of stuttering.

Maybe you could treat the comfort zone expansion as a game, or an adventure. I suspect that they would need considerable encouragement to move outside their current zones, although they would be subjected to far less emotional baggage than adult PWS.

You may be interested to know that (if my understanding is correct) the 2004 ISAD Online Conference will be dedicated to children.
