Hi Judy

Yes, it's so rewarding to see people really change during just one week!

We like to have 2 girls and 2 boys from each member association. We ask the National Stuttering Associations (NSA) to nominate the delegates, which means they collect the names and decide who are most appropriate. This means that, if they want, they can choose those who are most active within the NSA, as we all hope they will use their experiences to help other young people and become (more) involved "back home". We have already several of the delegates representing their NSA at our ELSA seminar in october!

I'm sorry to tell you that we never had too many... There's always the fear, the money, the situation at home and lots of other reasons not to come. On the other hand we have delegates wanting to come again and we put them on the reserve list in case we have space. It's good to have a person who has been to the Youth Meeting before to support the others coming from the same country.
