I found your paper extremely informative. I have not heard much about these types of meetings here in the States, but plan on doing much more research into the topic. I have a quick question for you regarding the youth. Have you ever done follow up surveys after some time has passed, or maybe just correspondences? I was wondering what long term positive influence these weeks have on students once they are outside of the comfort zone you all created. Thank you!
