I am a first-year graduate student at West Virginia University, and I'm currently enrolled in a course that discusses stuttering. I found your article to be very informative and inspirational. You stated that your stuttering became very severe in your early adolescent years. I hope to work with children and adolescents in the future, and I was wondering if, having experienced the situation yourself, you had any suggestions about how I could help them manage their stuttering that may be different from the way a speech pathologist would guide an adult client?
