I really enjoyed your story. I have several questions for you. I think it is great that you routinely speak in public, when many PWS avoid speaking in front of others. Also, I think it is good that you prepare yourself for reactions of people you first meet. This may help your speech in that you will not be caught off guard by a listener looking away and be able to maintain control of your speech. Do you ever use helpers to get you out of a block? Are you bothered by fluency disrupters (i.e., noise of a baby crying)when giving a sermon? Do you believe that there is a heredity factor in your stuttering (uncle & dad)? Are there any PWS in your congregation? If yes, have you helped them accept their stuttering? Thank you and God bless you.
