I think your attitude toward your stutter is awesome. I think it's great that you have a public speaking position and that your stutter has not stopped you in any way from doing what you want in life. Stuttering seems to have made you a better minister. Like you said, it has given you a better insight into people in general. I think you are an excellent role model for people who stutter.
