I found your paper very compelling. I agree with you that the word "cure" can sometimes give a false pretense when discussing treatment. I can understand Tom's anger when realizing there was no cut and dry cure for his stuttering because I also have an incurable disorder, epilepsy. My question for you pertains to the development of medication to maintain normal fluency for PWS. I was wondering if there were any signifincant results with using medication.
