Thank you for writing such an interesting article. I noticed in both boys history, they both suffered from allergies as well. My son stuttered and when he did it was always much worse during allergy season. Although he was never "sneezy." Yet through therapy was fine Summer and Winter. Since there are mast cells in the brain as well as lungs, skin and other allergic reactive areas, has any study been done to see a connection between the two? My son takes Benedryl and Claiten (sp?) during allergy season now and remain fluent year round.
