Michal, At the Support Group this past week, a woman said she took her poster form with her to the HR person. She was surprised that the HR person asked if she could keep it to learn and to share so others would be aware of this woman's rights and responsibilities. It offered the woman relief to know that just mabye "this time" someone would understand her difficulties and she just might KEEP this job! The uses are becoming more and more numerous to me....and I hope we can share them with others!
