Hi Russ: Liked your analogy, very readable, entertaining, and understandable. Any suggestions, preferably bulleted for your own convenience, on how to tackle this emotional side without going outside our scope of practice. I know counseling IS the SLP's specialty, or should be, but what happens when that stutter is connected to something that would best be handled by a psychologist? I apologize if you've already answered a form of this question on this list.
