While browsing around the ISAD conference a little while ago, I stumbled on the perfect place to ask your question! Go to the section at the top of the conference titled "Office Hours: The Professor is In." On that panel are represented some of the finest speech pathologists in the entire world. I would probably direct you question to either Steve Hood, Judy Kuster, or Woody Starkweather. However others may add their advice in too.
