Hi Russ,

I enjoyed your ice-berg analogue mate, it's the best version I've heard.

I remember four years ago listing all my thoughts/experiences relating to stuttering and organising it into two groups (Above/Below the waterline). The portion below the water was HUGE.

Anyway mate just wanted to say thanks for sharing your great insights.
