I can't believe you still have your speech manual from Shady Trail. I'm so jealous. :-) I brought home my speech manuals from my two years at Shady Trails and somewhere along the line they vanished. I would love to get my hands on some of the letters that the camp staff wrote home to my parents about my stuttering and how I was progressing or not progressing.
The last I heard, the University of Michigan no longer has a seperate Speech Pathology department. It has become part of the Education department. I think I tried to get some of the Shady Trails archives a couple of years ago and didn't have any success. Maybe you can do better.
