The Dutch Federation of Stuttering organizes every 3 years the National Stuttering week in October. This year the topic is Early detection and prevention of Stuttering. The campaign focuses on kindergarten teachers (and students), parents and doctors. All over the country couples of a stuttering specialist and person who stutters give information and education. The Stuttering week will be opened on national television in a youth program. On the website www.stotteren.nl additional information will be provided for all the target groups. There will be run an publicity campaign with free boomerang cards and posters in bus stops.
