The Upstate South Carolina Chapter of the National Stuttering Association will be hosting an open house on Wednesday, October 22, 2003. This event is to let the people who stutter from the upstate know that they are not alone. Presentations will be given to educate friends, relatives, speech therapist, and the public about stuttering. Presenters will include people who stutter, people who support them, and speech therapist. These presenters will talk about aspects of stuttering in everyday life. There will be an opportunity to ask questions as well as an open microphone. If you stutter, know someone who stutters, or are just interested, please join us. Please feel free to stop by at anytime. Door prizes and light refreshments will be provided.
