I thought that you paper on eye contact aversion was very informative. It was intriguing to see how eye contact aversion affects not only the speaker, but also the listener. You make it very clear through your text and examples that eye contact aversion relays a message of uncertainty and fear to the listener, as well as creating more anxiety in the speaker. I thought it was very interesting to see the lawyers reaction to your stuttering when you used ECA, and when you maintained appropriate eye contact. I also enjoyed the therapy idea for helping a stutter maintain appropriate eye contact. Overall I found the article to be very informative and captivating.
