YES.

When they realize that the behaviors, which started many years earlier, had a positive intention but not longer serve them well, they decide and commit to change. We have to use exploration to helpd them uncover these behaviors and decide to change.

I have a 30 year old now who was rolling his eyes up, pursing his lips, taking a deep breath, and then blcoking. We "chunked down" or dissected these and then he decided to eliminate them. He is 90% there in two months.
