There is always a positive intention originally. A person said yeterday: "By looking away the person won't see me block. If they see me block, it MAKES ME block more."

Notice "makes me." This suggests external locus of control. Do they really "not see the blocks" ??

Using a similar interview asthe attorney in the story, she made a massive discovery. As she kept eye contact while releasing blocks, her severity was reduced atleast 50% in that exercise. Of course, it will take patience, permission, dedication, and courage to do it consistently.
