The article was very informative. I tend to look away when I come in contact with a stutter. Now from reading the article I understand that that can be offensive to the person that stutters because he/she already has a feels embarassed or lack of self-confidence when he/she speaks and by avoid eye contact with that person just adds to the low self-confidence. So now on I will try to maintain eye contact not staring but normal eye contact with that person.
