Walt, I really enjoyed reading your article! It brought together so many ideas I had formerly thought of as helpful and supported them with great research. My question to you is this: How can we as SLPs help a client get to the point of using humor themselves? In your article you discussed how humor can impact a client very positively if they are able to find their internal locus of control. How can we facilitate their finding and utilzing this locus to potential if they are not quite there yet?
