KW - thanks for your comments. What we tell ourselves about our past experiences makes all the difference. Yes, we often feel stupid and wish we could go back and do it differently, or much better. There are only a few people who have never made mistakes and these people are more than willing to tell us who they are. I came across a wonder quote the other day: Bertrand Russell: "The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt."
