Dear Dr Molt,

Thanks for this your excellent overview of the State of the Art. Moreover, it is interesting to learn more about the new approaches of Diagnostic criterias of Stuttering, where the abilities, and judgements of participation in Society (Part B)"The disturbance in fluency interferes with academic or occupational achievement or with social communication" Is this part an attempt to use the ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (WHO)? What are your oppinions about ICF, is it useful as a tool within research of Communication Disorders? The Social Phobia Inventory (Jonathan, Davidson) you outline seems very useful in comparison with other inventories. Could I have the permission to translate it to Swedish? Should I ask the authors first? Thanks again for this your informative contribution.

Greetings from Helena FW
