The neurological disorders featured in this interesting paper seem to be non-progressive in nature (maybe I'm wrong). Did you also have some patients present themselves to your client who were ultimately diagnosed with a progressive disorder and if so, did their stuttering symptoms become more severe as their neurological disorder progressed?
