Dr. Oyler, In your own clinical experience in working with children who stutter, do you include the tempermental sensitivity factor, along with factors such as sex of the child and family history of recovery, as a diagnostic aid when attempting to determine whether a child should be immediately enrolled in therapy or if a "wait and see" approach would be more appropriate?
