I have a few questions in regards to your article "To treat or not to treat", first, what if any are the negative effects of starting therapy without the waiting period ? Does starting therapy, even though the child may recover naturally, effect their self-concept? In addition, in your experience, do families want to implement therapy immediately, or are they satisfied when you tell them to wait to see if the child recovers naturally?
