Thank you for your post. In my view, your comments illustrate nicely the need to actively monitor children when they appear to be recovering from stuttering, whether naturally or as a result of treatment. Stuttering in early childhood can be highly variable and we need to be vigilant to make sure that apparent recovery is not just part of a cycle of variability!
