Preschool Stuttering: To Treat or Not To Treat

First of all I found your article very imformative and interesting. My question is if a child has only been stuttering for a short period of time, lets say 6 months, but you notice the stuttering is getting progressively worse and the parents feel that the child's stuttering is nothing to worry about do you try to implement therapy even if the parents feel that it is not necessary? And if so how would you communicate this to the parents. Thanks Merissa Sexsmith
