You indicated that there were "100 clients for the participation in PEVOS during the test-phase (and) 70 additional clients refused to take part." Did you gather any information or data on why these 70 clients were reluctant to participate? It would seem to me that clinicians might have been the more reluctant participants since you were evaluating the effectiveness of their treatment approach.
