First, thank you to all who respounded. Secondly, I agree with a little from each response. From environment of the speaking situation to the roles of participants (speaker & listener) and the way speech is delivered (projection, rate, etc.) I have also found speaking in front of a class I am presenting a lesson to as a more fluent time.
