Hello Marie-Claude! Thank you for giving me your point of view on this and I agree with it. I must admit that I've never read a philosophycal book but I'm sure my library will have Levinas.

I can't remember anyone's definition of healing to agree or not to agree with, so I'll have to make up my own definition: healing is the end of a process that includes

-recognizing the problem,

-understanding the problem,

-accepting the problem,

-addresing the problem,

-self-willingly working on the problem,

-declaring a problem not to be a problem anymore,

-moving the what-was-once-a-problem out of the focus

-focusing on more important, positive things
