The most efficient way to "survey" approaches might be to pick up a book such as The handbook of early stuttering intervention", edited by Onslow and Packman (1999, Singular), which contains a number of different approaches that have been used successfully with children of this general age range. The various program authors describe treatment approaches, their rationales, and their effectiveness. Sorry to be late in responding, it has been a busy busy week! Nan
