I would like to commend each of you on your diligence toward making positive changes for people who stutter. It seems whenever major changes are made - be it in the legislature, public policy or thinking in general - it is seldom brought on by the "unsatisfied masses", but by the passion and persistence of one person or a small group of individuals who are relentless in their drive!
