Thanks for your interest. I think the decision of treating him has been vital not only to improve his quality of life in the present but specially to insure his well being in the future. After one year of the onset of his stuttering he would some days stutter almost on every word and it was very hard for him to communicate. Now he still stutters but mildly and his attitude towards talking has remained great. For other parents that were clueless, it has been a relief to at least understand the basics about stuttering and know that it is not their fault and that they can help their children finding their way to cope with their speech in a possitive way
