Mrs. Silverman, your text-piece is very interesting and sententious, especially for me because I am also trying to apply the Buddhist philosophy and doctrine in my efforts to overcome my stuttering. I was also attracted to Buddhist teachings because of their awareness that life is difficult and that we can free our selves from suffering by developing awareness about the real nature of our selves (life) and our surrounding practicing the meditation and increasing our potential for doing the good and kind things toward other people and every live creature in this world. Considering that I am learning about Buddhism from recently I wonder can you tell me something more about what kind of Theravadan and Tibetan Buddhist meditations (and yoga also) you practice? Also, can I have your permission for translating and publishing your piece on my site about stuttering in Bosnia and Herzegovina? Thank you very much and good luck.........
