Nice paper.
My brain is a complex set of electrical circuitry. Unfortunately, some of the components used, in paricular the wiring insulation , is not of adequate quality. Under certain conditions parts of the insulation break down. Some signals associated with oral communication become erratic and unreliable. The end result, that which you see is my stammer. In other people maybe the manifestation is Tourette's?
