Thank you for sharing your article, it really made me think. I really related to the part where the client gave you the metaphor from Indiana Jones. As a student studying speech pathology, I don't have a lot of experiece with people who stutter. By having them use a metaphor to describe it, I will get a better understanding of what he or she is feeling and experiencing. For the artwork metaphor, I was thinking about how there is no set way to do treatment. Each time you sit down to start with a new client, the "artwork" will be different and the treatment may take new paths for both the clincian and the client. Thanks again! I really enjoyed reading your paper.
