Your article is interesting. You mentioned briefly relaxation techniques (progressive muscle relaxation, mini-tranquilizer, breathing). Could you give me information where can I get more detailed description of these techniques? I have always problems to relax deeply. For your information I am stutterer from Czech republic, I have been stuttering for 40 years with severe blocks in difficult situations. Thank you.
