Here are my feelings about some things that a SH group offers:

- We people tend to notice and gossip someone's outfit, looks, impediments. A SH group is naturally free of judgement. Vaccinated againt it in its very origin.

- People who face same troubles, challenges, thoughts, problems - form a squad in a way. They're brothers in difficulty and we know how connected soldiers in a squad are. There's a feeling of "us" and "them" and it strengthens the connection within the group. It becomes a place where we draw our strength from and we want to make the group proud of us.

Many regards to you, John, and all the people who attend SH groups.
