Thanks to all of you for sharing your stories. Growing up, I was exteremely shy and found theater to be a very helpful tool in overcoming it, so we share some similar experience. What activities to you do as a group to build the kind of trust that allows people to take such huge personal risks? I'm thinking especially of times when you might bring in a new member or someone who isn't completely comfortable with the group yet.
