Joe, right back at ya man!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and support! Thank you for saying that I am a role model but I feel like these kids and teenagers are the role models. They are the ones that I want to be like. I completely agree with you that it is so important to bond with the people you work with before, during, and after you do the work with them. The most important thing we can do is be a friend. We must build true trust, love, and respect. That is the key. We must love them unconditionally and they must know that everyday. It is only then that we can ask them to open up their hearts and share their feelings with the world. Just so you know, I feel the same way about you. You are a wonderful man with a beautiful heart.
