Now there is a question for you, lets just say that everythign is a group decision which can get very trickey and make for very slooooow changes. But I cant complain this system allows for everyones voice and opinions to be heard which is wonderful. The idea of everyone given equal say is a concept that even the fluent world has yet to grasp.
