Anita, thank-you for sharing your poem and experience with us. I know others have already asked you about your process of healing and acceptance, so I'll wait for your response to those questions. We're very close in age, and I know that maturity brought a sort of confidence for me once I realized how much I had denied myself. I'm curious to know how this figured into your experience.
