Dear Liv It was great to be invited to your home in Norway and hear the story of you and Paul. You both found each other and can share the tough pasts you both had and look at a bright future together. I'm so happy you shared it with us. Thanks for your kind words about me. I'm just happy I can finally be me and that I'm loved for who I am. I'm a parent myself now and although I know what NOT to do, I'm sure I make a lot of mistakes too. We wouldn't be human if we were perfect (and boring too...) I learned to let go and to move on, although that's just a few years ago. If I want my parents to love me no matter what, I need to do the same. Being angry and dissapointed will ruin your life and will stop you from seeing the good things in life. As long as YOU know you're ok!!! Let go of the past. Being an grumpy old woman is not making your mother happy either. Live your life the way that is best for you two and if she wants to be a part of it: great. If not, that's her loss. The story of you and Paul shows you're a strong woman who knows how to reach her goals. Don't look back, Liv. Learn from your experiences and share them with others, so that others won't make the same mistake. Maybe that's what we're here for? Big hug to you.
